New PBMS report: Second generation anticoagulant rodenticide residues in barn owls 2017

The PBMS has published its latest report entitled 'Second generation anticoagulant rodenticide residues in barn owls 2017'.

This most recent report outlines the compounds detected most frequently in barn owls that died in 2017. Overall, 90% of the 2017 owls had detectable liver residues of one or more Second Generation Anticoagulant Rodenticides (SGAR). The SGARs most frequently detected were bromadiolone, difenacoum and brodifacoum.
